Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Richard Branthwaite, of London, esquire, of the manor of Everdon, with all buildings appurtaining, and land (fully described); excepting underwoods and timber trees, and excepting the patronage and gift of the parsonage of Everdon. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £4 14s, and a bushel of wheat and 10 quarters of malt.
