Counterpart of Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Samuel Bird, son of Thomas Bird, deceased, Robert Bird, Richard Bird, Samuel Bird, son of Robert Bird, and William Sabin, all of Everdon, yeoman, upon surrender of a former lease to the same, of the manor of Everdon. From old Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £4 14s and a bushel of wheat and 10 quarters of malt.
