Counterpart of Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, for £300 to William Bird the younger, Robert Bird son of William Bird the elder, Samuel Goodman and Samuel Osborn, all of Everdon, yeoman, of the manor of Everdon. From old Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £4 14s and 9 gallons of wheat and 720 gallons of malt, together with £13 12s 5d in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
