Counterpart of Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, for £299 9s 4d to Sophia Bird, of Everdon, widow, and Samuel Osborn, Thomas Bird, Samuel Bird and Joseph Goodman, yeoman, of the manor of Everdon. From old Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £4 14s and 9 gallons of wheat and 720 gallons of malt, together with £13 12s 5d in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.

Witnesses: Henry Riches Coles, Thomas Orton Gery, Henry Middleton.
Five red wax seals, all the same impression.
Endorsed with a surrender 17 December 1851, by John and Thomas Bird of their interest in the premises to the intent that a new lease be granted.
