Indenture of mortgage, by Samuel Bird, of Great Everdon, farmer, to Priscilla Bradley, of Daventry, spinster, for £100, of a messuage in Great Everdon, bequeathed by the will of Richard Bird, dated 16 February 1789, to William Bird, his youngest son, since deceased, with remainder to Richard's grandson, the said Samuel; for the securing of £100 with interest to the said Priscilla.
Witnesses: Thomas Orton Gery, attorney, Daventry, Dorcas Bradley.

Endorsement, dated 13 October 1876, by the executors of the will of Priscilla Bradley that they have no claim upon the premises.
