Indenture of lease by brother Richard de Beausevalle, prior of Ogbourne, attorney general of the abbot and convent of Bec in England, to John de Broughton, rector of Dunton, of the manor of Blakenham on the water with all its appurtenances except the advowson of the church there. From Michaelmas next for six years. Rent £20 sterling. The lessee to maintain the buildings etc and to restore at the end of the term the following stock and goods or their equivalent (goods listed). The lessee binds himself and all his goods for the payment of the rent and the observance of the foregoing.
