Articles of Agreement, 14 February 1710/11, between Sir Bassingbourne Gaudy, bart., of one part and John Craske, gentleman on the part of Eton College, of the other part, by which the former, for a total sum of £800, agrees to convey all his estate, whether freehold or copyhold, in East Wretham or in any other place near adjoining, Bridgham excepted, to such person or persons, for such estate or estates, and for such use or uses as the College shall direct. Signatures of the parties and red wax seals. Witnesses: James Fenton, Thomas Norbree.
