Geo. Barker, as from Bedford Hotel, Covent Garden, to Edward Browne, desiring that the licence to alienate the lease intended to be granted to Mr Lockhart be made out in favour of the Rev. Thomas Lane Freer of Handsworth, co Stafford, instead of Mr Hyrley Birch. The sealing of the lease he presumes will take place next Saturday.
