Grant by William son of Roger de Etone and Agnes, his wife, to Peter Olmod and Joan, his wife, for a certain sum of money paid, of a tenement with houses built thereon lying between the land of Lawrence Kempe and the land once of Nicholas le Kulp in breadth, of which one end extends upon the land once of John Pedamy and the other upon the royal street which leads from the bridge of the Thames towards the church of Etone in length; and two shillingsworth of quit rent which they used to receive for a place of land which was once of the said Nicholas le Kulp, lying between the land of the said Peter Olmod and a tenement once of Robert de Konyntre in breadth, of which one end extends upon the land of the said John Pedamy and the other end upon the said royal street in length. To hold from the chief lords of the fee for the services due.
Witnesses: Thomas Roter, Nicholas Andre, Lawrence Kempe, Richard Symond, John atte Felde, William Knyf, William le Parker.
