Eton, Buckinghamshire: Grant of a croft and land

Grant by Alice, sometime wife of Alexander le Porter, of Eton, in her free widowhood to Thomas le Roter, of Eton, and Amice, his wife, for a sum of money of a croft and 3 acres of arable in Eton, the croft lying opposite the church of Eton and extending from the King's way to the land of the rector of Eton in length, and one acre lying in the north field at Folifurgh between the land sometime of Simon de Goldeburgh and the land sometime of Hugh atte Gate in breadth, the second are lying at Wythibedde between the land of the rector of Eton and the land of John Lovecote in breadth, and the third acre lying at Brokfurlong between the land of John Osegod and the land sometime of Roger de Etone. To hold in perpetuity from the chief lords of the fee for the services due.
