Witnesses: Henry Honesworth, Henry Jurdelay, John Kent, Walter Smyth, William Bocher.

Two seals, round, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 17mm. A stag's head, frontal, with cross between antlers.
(2) 22mm. A plant or tree of three flowers or branches issuing from (?).
