Grant in perpetuity by John Water of Eton to Richard Hopton, William Strete and Robert Elyott, clerks, of an acre of arable and an acre of meadow lying in the fields of Eton, the former in Brokefurlong between the lands of Thomas Swan on both east and west, abutting at the south end on the land of the said Thomas and at the north on the common, the latter in Innyngmede between the land of the grantor and that of the said Thomas.
