Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Richard Cotton, of Eton, glover, of a messuage or tenement with a backside and garden adjoining and cellars sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton, late in the holding of Oliver Hyde deceased, between a tenement late of Robert Nicholls on the south and a tenement of Andrew Tudwaye on the north, one head abutting on the high way or Eton street on the east and the other on a close of Andrew Windesours, esquire, on the west. From the date of the present for 21 years. Rent 12s.
