Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of his former lease, to Julian Hall, of Eton, widow, of a messuage or tenement with the backside and garden adjoining the cellars sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, now in the tenure and occupation of the said Julian. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 13s 4d.
