Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to William Dee, to Hugh Rowell, of Eton, tailor, of a messuage or tenement with stable, backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, between a tenement of Andrew Windesor, esquire, on the south and a tenement of the College wherein Bartholomew Hill dwells on the north and the King's highway on the west, the said messuage being now in the occupation of the said Rowell. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 20s.
