Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of his former lease, to Hugh Rowell, of Eton, tailor, of a messuage or tenement with stable, backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, between a tenement of Peter Windesor, esquire, on the south and a tenement of the College wherein Thomas Wright dwells on the north and the King's highway on the west, the said messuage being now in the occupation of the said Rowell. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 20s and two fat capons at Christmas.
