Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to William Stanney, to Thomas Wright, of Eton, joiner, and Joan his wife, of a messuage or tenement with stable, backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, between a tenement late of Peter Windesor, esquire, deceased, on the south and a tenement of the College wherein Thomas Wright dwells on the north and the King's highway on the west, the said messuage being now in the occupation of Thomas Wright. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 20s and 2 fat capons at Christmas.
