Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Thomas and Joan Wright, to William Wright, of Eton, joiner, of a messuage or tenement with stable, backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, between a tenement late of Peter Windsor, esquire, deceased, on the south and a tenement of the College on the north and the King's highway on the west. From St John the Baptist's day last for 21 years. Rent 20s and 2 fat capons or 4s.
