Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to James Clavering, merchant, to John Foster, of Eton, clerk, of a messuage or tenement with stable, backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, now in the tenure or occupation of the said Foster. From St John the Baptist's day for 21 years. Rent 20s and 2 fat capons or 4s.
