Indenture of lease, 4 May 1612, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of his former lease, to John Clavering, of Eton, one of the fellows, of a messuage or tenement with backside and garden adjoining, and all cellars, sollers, stables and other appurtenances in Eton, between a tenement wherein lately John Bell dwelled on the north and a tenement newly built by the said John Bell in the occupation of John Clavering. From Lady Day last for 21 years. Rent 21s 8d.
