Indenture of lease, 29 January 1619 – 1620, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to John Clavering, clerk, late a fellow of the College, deceased, to Daniel Collins, of Eton, Bachelor of Divinity and a fellow of the College, of a messuage or tenement with backside and garden adjoining, and all cellars, sollers, stables and other appurtenances in Eton, between a tenement wherein lately John Bell dwelled on the north and a tenement newly built by the said John Bell in his occupation. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 21s 8d. He has bound himself in £10 for the observance of the foregoing.
