Indenture of lease, 2 January 1634 – 5, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of his former lease, to Daniel Collins, DD, a fellow of the College, of a messuage or tenement with backside and garden adjoining, and all cellars, sollers, stables and other appurtenances in Eton, between a tenement wherein lately John Bell dwelled on the north and a tenement newly built by the said John Bell in his occupation or tenure. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 21s 8d.
