Indenture of lease, 1 January 1627 - 1628, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to William Dye, to David Steevens, of Eton, clerk, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, now in his occupation. From Christmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d, and two fat capons on 20 November.
