Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Mr William Smith, to Richard Langley, of Eton, clerk, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and stables, cellars, sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton, now in the occupation of the said Langley. From Michaelmas last for 21 years, rent 30s.
Witnesses: Thomas Hodisdon, Benjamin Owtred.
