Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Anthony Bust, upon the surrender of his former lease, of a messuage or tenement called the Corner House, in Eton with a garden and stable adjoining and cellars, sollers, and other appurtenances, now in his tenure or occupation. From Lady Day last for 21 years. Rent 20s and 2 fat capons at Christmas or 4s for the capons.
