Indenture of lease, 29 January 1635 - 1636, by the Provost and College to George Sexton, of Eton, maltster, of a messuage or tenement, with a backside and garden adjoining and all cellars sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, now or late in the tenure of occupation of Thomas Paye, together with a little close or croft commonly called the Hogg close, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Paye, lying between the Thames on the south and the lands of Andrew Windsor, esquire, deceased, sometime in the tenure of John Bell, deceased, on the north. From Christmas last for 21 years. Rent 35s 2d and three quarters of malt and three bushels one gallon of wheat, or their money value.
