Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to John Bachiler, of Hackney, co. Middlesex, gentleman, of a tenement on the southern part of the ground called Tymberhall, abutting upon the way that leads to Eton common, also one other edifice or summer house on the same land, together with all that part of Tymberhall containing 2 acres where they stand abutting on the east partly upon the highway which leads to Slough and partly upon the brick wall of that garden lately called the Hopyard, on the south upon the land that leads to Eton Common, on the west on Eton Common and on the north on the other part of the ground called Tymberhall as it is now fenced with hedge, pale and hurdles. From Lady day last for 10 years. Rent 10s.
