Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to John Ryvers, of Creeting St Marie, yeoman, upon surrender of his former lease, of two mills in Creeting, one being called "the haute mylle" and the other "the fullinge mylne", with certain meadows and hams adjoining. Rent £6 8s 10½d and 4 quearters 6 bushels of wheat and 6 quarters 4 bushels 2 pecks 1 gallon of malt or their money equivalent.
From Michaelmas last for 21 years.
