Agreement, between the College and Robert Butler, of London, that they will renew his lease of Creeting Mills and make up his term 21 years, he covenanting according to his proposals to lay out £100 within three years for the perfect reparation of the mills, or more if needful; without demanding any timber of the College towards this reparation or for the first 7 years of his lease, and for the last 14 years of it to have 2 loads per annum at the assignment of the College and not otherwise.
