Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Thomas Maw, of Creeting, gentleman, upon surrender of his former lease, of that messuage or tenement together with all and every their mills commonly called Hawks mill, and millstones and materials belonging thereto, and the meadows and hams adjoining. Rent £6 8s 10d and 342 gallons of wheat and 474 gallons one pottle of malt, together with £5 in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax. From old Lady day last for 20 years.
