Creeting, Suffolk: Indenture tripartite

Indenture tripartite, of lease by the Provost and College to John Southwell, of Bargham, esquire, and Thomas Almot, of Creetinge All Saynts, gentleman, of Creetinge Hall Woodd containing 8 acres, Losco Woodd containing 10 acres 12 perches and a little grove near Newton Tye containing 2 acres and all the ground in the said woods, being in the parish of Creetinge St Marye. From Michaelmas last for 45 years. Rent, for the moiety of Creetinge Hall Woodd 6s 8d and for the moiety of Losco Woodd 8s 4d, and for the moiety of Newton Tyghe 20d from John Southwell, and the same from Thomas Almot. The lessees may fell, hew, cut down and carry away all wood growing or standing there, and have sufficient access thereto. The lessees are to fence and enclose the premises and maintain the fences, and are to leave sufficient staddels of storyers according to the statute for the reservation of woods.
