Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Clenche, of Creeting All Saints, esquire, upon surrender of a lease to Thomas Lewes, of Creetinge Hall Woodd containing 8 acres, Losco Woodd containing 10 acres 12 perches and a little grove near Newton Tye containing 2 acres and all the ground in the said woods, being in the parish of Creetinge St Marye. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 33s 4d in total.
