Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Robert Clench, of Holbrooke, co. Suffolk, esquire, upon surrender of a lease to John Clench, of Creetinge Hall Woodd containing 8 acres, Losco Woodd containing 10 acres 12 perches and a little grove near Newton Tye containing 2 acres and all the ground in the said woods, being in the parish of Creetinge St Marye. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 33s 4d in total.
