Appointment by John Southwell, the younger, son and heir apparent of John Southwell, the elder, of Barham, co. Suffolk, esquire, of William Atwood, of Wyckham Markett, gentleman, and John Dover, of Framesden, yeoman, as his attorneys to side, seal and deliver to the Provost and Fellows one or two counterparts of indentures of leases of the manor fo Cretyng St Marye and receive the indentures sealed by the College.
