Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Henry Hammond, of Penshurst, co. Kent, D.D., of the site of the manor of Creeting with the demesne lads and all appurtenances, except Creeting Hall wood, Losco wood and all other woods there and except the patronage of the benefice of Creeting and all courts. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent £8 and 8 quarters of wheat and 5 quarters 2 bushels 3 pecks of malt or their money equivalent.
