Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Elizabeth Parish, upon surrender of her former lease, of the site of the manor of Creeting with the demesne lads and all appurtenances, except Creeting Hall wood, Losco wood and all other woods there and except the patronage of the benefice of Creeting and all courts. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £8 and 576 gallons of wheat and 387 gallons of malt.
