Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Daking Ireland Moore, of Creeting, gentleman, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, of the site of the manor with all demesne lands etc appurtaining, except certain fields or enclosures formerly called Bungen's land and now the Great College Field, the Middle College field, the Little College field and Bungen's land or the Drift way (described), demised to the Right Hon. John Earl of Ashburnham, and except all woods and underwoods with the hedgerows belonging and the patronage of the benefice and all courts and leets and profits of courts. From old Michaelmas last for 14 years. Rent £6 3s and 512 gallons of wheat and 344 gallons of malt or their money equivalent, together with £5 8s in consideration of the redemption of Land tax.
