Indenture of bargain and sale, by Simon Moyes, of Sheerness, co. Kent, ship carpenter, and Elizabeth, his wife, to Henry Moore, of Creeting, yeoman, for £6 6s, of a parcel of land in Creeting called Rinches, in the tenure of Thomas Whitman containing one acre and abutting on the land beloning to the College, in the tenure of the siad Henry Moore, on the east, south and west, and on the lands of Benjamin Bart, gentleman, now in the tenure of Thomas Whitman, on the north.
