The Provost and College v. Sir Robert Crane, Knight, in Chancery concerning a rent of 16s which the defendant refuses to pay.
Order, that the cause, with the consent of the parites, be transferred to the Common Pleas. The parties have asked that any orders made in the latter court shall be ratified in Chancery. This will be done.
