Copy of opinion of James Park, Carey Street, Lincoln's Inn, concerning Creeting Mills. In 1765 John Groome assigned his lease to Edward Johnson, who then made several improvements and additions to the premises, including the making of a paper mill. Johnson has now gone bankrupt. The question is to what extent his creditors can claim on the said additions.
