Grant by Symon Saffrey, of Dorneye, to Peter le Coupere, of the same, of three roods of arable lying in Smethenhull between land of John Lenteman on the east and that of the church of Dorneye on the west, extending on Le Wereweye towards the north and le Stertefere towards the south.
Witnesses: William Lovel, Nicholas le Cave, John son of Richard son of Walter of Dorneye, John son of Robert son of Thomas of Dorneye, John the Smith, Richard Ernald, John Lenteman.

Seal, round, 18mm, natural colour wax, on doubled tag, a bad impression, somewhat chipped away.
