Grant by Thomas atte Welle of Dorneye and Maud, his wife, to Thomas Cumburtone and Margaret, his wife, of a place of land lying in Dorneye between the land of Sir William Molyns, Knight, which was once of John Wythemed on the east and the land of Elizabeth Cave which was once of thomas Andreu on the west, extending at one head upon the land of William Bruddeport and at the other upon the common pasture called Eldefeld.

Two seals, on a doubled tag slit into two tags.
(1) Red wax on a base of natural coloured wax, the impression on the red wax. Round, originally about 22mm, the upper third missing. A shield of arms within a decorative border; a hand gripping a staff.
(2) Natural coloured wax, fragmentary, in linen cover.
