Indenture of grant by William Lovel, of Boveneye, and Margaret, his wife, to Thomas Cumberton and Margaret, his wife, of 6½ acres of arable lying in parcels on Tylston, of which one acre lies in Scachefere between the land of the grantor and that of Thomas atte More, half an acre lies in Brokfere and extends on Scachefere on to the land of Thomas atte Well and the land of Thomas Dent, half an acre lies in the same cultura between the land of William Bretport and the land of Thomas Dent, one acre lies in the same cultura between the land sometime of Robert Tapur and the land of William Bretport, one acre lies in the same cultura between the land of William Bretport and the land of Thomas Dent, one acre lies in the same cultura between the land of Robert Shepherde and the land of Thomas Dent, half an acre lies in the same cultura between land of the grantor which was of Richard Fesant and the land of Robert Shepherde, half an acre lies in Parkfere between the land of Thomas Dent and the land of Robert Shepherde, and one acre lies in the same cultura between the land of Robert Thomas and the land of Thomas atte Well. To hold for their lives and by their heirs and assigns for one year after their death, after which time the premises are to revert to the grantors.
