Grant by William Gauge, of Westown in the parish of Burnham, and Alice, his wife, to William Becke, of Boveney, and Alice, his wife, of a cottage with a curtilage adjacent in Boveney between a cottage of John Cooke, sometime of John Trabber, on the south and a cottage of John Bayle, sometime of Thomas Daye, on the north, extending on to the King's way leading through the middle of the town on the east and the messuage sometime of Robert Cooke on the west.
Witnesses: Thomas Thomas, Thomas Carter, Thomas Dent, Thomas Smyth, William Bullok, carpenter, John Upcote, John Scriveyner.

Two seals, oval, red wax, on a doubled tag slit into two.
(1) 17 x 15mm, armorial, a bendlet between two cinquefoils. Above the shield (?) R.
(2) 14 x 10mm, S beneath a crown.
