Quitclaim by Elizabeth Fewater, late the wife of William Fewater, esquire, to John Pulney of all her claim in half an acre of arable lying in the parish of Dorney in le Northfeld between the land of the said John Pulney on the east and that of Robert Lary on the west and extending at one end on the land of Richard Lovell on the north and at the other end on the King's way leading through Dorney to Wyndesore on the south.
Witnesses: Walter Bryght, esquire, Thomas Swan, Thomas Dent, Robert Lary.

Seal, round, 27mm, red wax, on doubled tag.
Armorial, two bars, in chief a lion passant (?), in base three roundles. SIGILLUM WILLELMI BOLLEY on a scroll surrounding the shield, and beyond that an outer border of stars.
