Indenture of grant by John Seymour, clerk, to Thomas Mountague, of Boveney, fyssher, of a toft of garden in Dorney in the parish of Boveney called Oldehawe, between the garden of Robert Dolwyn and the garden of the said Thomas Mountague on the east and a tenement of Nicholas Goldewyn on the west and a pasture called Lake Ende Commune on the north and the said garden of the said Thomas Mountague on the south. Rent 2d. And appointment of Thomas Walton, junior, gentleman, as his attorney to deliver seisin.
