Indenture of bargain and sale by John Awcestre of Heston, co. Middlesex, yeoman, and Annes, his wife, sister to Thomas Frenssh, deceased, to Robert Bromefeld of two tenements, a "tylehous", 80 acres of land, 20 acres of pasture and 30 acres of wood in Farneham Ryall, Burnham, Bekynsfeld and Stoke, co. Bucks. The vendors promise by the feast of St John the Baptist next to make the said Robert a good estate in law by fine, feoffment, recovery, release with warranty or otherwise. For £44, half of which has been paid, the other half to be paid at Michaelmas next.
