Indenture of bargain and sale by Agnes Mason, widow, late the wife of John Mason, Eton, to Thomas Smyth, of Eton, for £80 of all her right in two messuages, 60 acres of arable, meadow and pasture in Dorney, a close of pasture in Bovenay, an acre of wood in Burnham late of John Pulney, of London, gentleman, and all other lands and tenements in Dorney, Bovenay and Burneham late of the said Pulney; together with all evidences and writings concerning the premises. By St John the Baptist's day next the vendor is to make the buyer a sufficient estate in law to the same.
