Counterpart of indenture of lease by the Provost and College to Thomas Smyth alias Buttler, of Eton, of two messuages 60 acres of arable land, meadow and pasture in Dorney, a close of pasture in Bovenay and an acre of wood in Burneham, and all lands and tenements late of John Pulney in Dorney, Bovenay and Burneham, and all the lands and tenements in Chalvey in the parish of Upton late of the said Smyth, and a messuage or tenement with a garden belonging called "the Shepp" in the town of New Wyndesor in the lordship and parish of Clewer near the bridge called Wyndesor bridge and all other lands and tenements in New Wyndesor late of the said Smyth.
