Quitclaim by William Mountegewe, son of Thomas Mountegewe, deceased, to Thomas Smyth alias Butler, of Eton, of all his right in a cottage with a curtilage and garden adjacent and a toft or garden in Dorney, in the parish of Boveney, at le Lake end called Oldhaw, which were late of the said Thomas Mountegewe.
Witnesses: Master William Symons, Geoffrey Danyell, John Goldwyn and John Styver.
Seal, round, 12mm, red wax, on doubled tag. A pelican.
